Ok, I have to confess. Maybe last time I was touched by Benjamin Button has NOTHING to do with my PMS at all. Coz watching Marley & me, I also cried in the end of the show!

After watching, I can’t even thinking bout Marley! Not even on a happy moment of his, my tears are juz so generous!

Yeap! This story is basically a BIOGRAPHYof a dog.But he is no ordinary dog. Infact, the Grogans (owner) dunt even think he is a dog. For he love to eat…almost everything he can chew on, from a cushion sofa to a timber floor! But his favorite snack is a healthy one, a mango!

What I love about this movie is how true someones life can be attached to a pet.  Once you decided to adopted them, they are your family. I suddenly thinking of Tom & Jerry (i’m a cat person, maybe i post bout them someday), how true they can turn a house up side down juz like u own a child! He can run all over the house, mine almost break my flower vast and DID BREAK the jam jar! Once they even killed my hamster…(sob!sob!)

Hmmmh....juz like my house when they are out of control...

And yet, they remain adorable and sweet even after you yell at them.

But in the end, they are the one who always be with you no matter what. Ok, maybe this isn’t about Marley anymore, but my own. No wonder i become emo over this movie (another excuses for the tears ha..?….~hehe~)

Ok, back to Marley & Me, (please remind me next time not get carried away..ehem!) Same to the Grogan’s family, this neurotic dog might be the world’s worst dog, yet he keeps by Jen’s side when she’s grieving over her lost, he never left their baby when the baby is sick and he always waited patiently by the roadside for the chidren to come home from school.

But things do get tense when the family are bigger and he is totally out of control until Jen pushed John to send him away. And u know they don’t.

And after all they have gone tru with him, it’s so sad to let him go away and rest in peace. (and that’s when my tears starts to fall).

Overall this movie is a beautiful story of a normal ordinary family with extra family member own legs of four. Well written,well acted, it brings both laughter and tears in the end.

SO, if u own a pet, want to have a pet, (and they aren’t neccesasary dog) love animal, it’s a worth movie to watch. And I’m definitely buying the book afterwards!

Action : Partially (But that was awesome though!)

Humor : ONLY One or two

1. Rorschach: Don’t u know? I’m not stuck in here with you,but you stuck in here with me..! (he shouted at the rest of a prisoner after burn one man down)

2. Hey! What have you got in there? ( a prisoner threatening Rorschach from outside of the prison bar) and he replied : Your hands! ( as he cracked them both!) ~again…he’s d my only fav. character~

Soundtrack : Entertaining

Sound effect : Excellent

Storyline : Good

To be frank, I’m quite disappointed… or is it because I’m having a hi expectation after watching the trailer? (coz I thought there is more action..or is it because of my seating? ~we sat 3rd row from front, we just can’t wait for late nite show yesterday!~ maybe it had effected my mind or my body that started to cramp or my visions getting blurry…ok enuf for now) And I think the intro was dragged too long, and i waited even longer for the battle to begins…

Yes! I had mentioned this isn’t a total action movie like X-Men, or any other commercialized superheroes, coz  they indeed are the philosophy superheroes (just a few are), they take pride for who they are or what ever consequences of their action: take Rorschach for instance, he rather die than live in an injustice world.

For that, don’t even bother to watch this movie if u dun want to crack ur head thinking what’s the rational behind what they were doing.

The movie is not bad after all, with a good storyline…but I hated the ending…(let it be a surprise) a better movie than The Spirit, (if you expect them are in a same genre) so dun put any expectation for this movie as to avoid disappointment…n enjoy!

Overall I give B++ for this movie, Zul give A as he was satisfied enough.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

Benjamin and Daisy. The most beautiful love story…EVER.

I never thought this is gonna be a beautiful love story but more on curiosity bout the man himself. And how he lived life backwards.

I like it when he thinks he’s just like the same old folk living under the same roof that are waiting to die. In spite of that, there’s always a curiosity inside him whenever he sees other kids.

I laugh out loud when his god-mama bring him to church on Sunday, and the preacher starts to curse the demon inside him, or so they thought: and when he told them he was actually seven, the preacher said :”We are always a child in the eyes of the God” – That was a good one and that when he started to walk for the first time and then fell..

It’s so cute when he first time met her and her blue eyes that made him fall in love…and he was only five…or so

I enjoyed when one of the old folks keep telling him, how he got struck by the lightning…and survived seven times! One of the most hillarious moment was when he’s with his cow in the middle of the field!

It’s interesting when he turns seventeen, he decided to sailed across the sea but he never forget her  and always told his amazing experience through his postcard.

I pity him when he came to New York to confess his love for her but she was already taken.

I love it when they are finally living together as a charming couple as they should be. Even if it’s meeting in the middle. ( they both at 40 years old)

I’m terrified what will happened next when Daisy’s daughter ask: when did you meet dad? (She’s panic to found out her mom was in love with someone else other than her dad) And her answer was: right after that.

I’m curious what will happened to the baby of Benjamin? Is it like him or will he able to take care of her?

I’m sad when he had to leaved his loves behind, it’s heart wrenching seeing he never stop loving his family.

I even more touched when he’s getting more and more younger..and she’s naturally becomes a granny, but their loves are exactly as the same as they should be.

I cried when she take care of her like her own child instead of the truth that he is the love of her life.

I cried even harder, when he died, in her arms, as the most sweetest baby ever.

Ok, I really have to stop now..I really need a tissue…sob!sob..!
