Please help! What can i do about Ambank?!
As today, I can’t even bring myself to call AMbank,(this is a follow up for my previous post..Boycott Ambank!) but my husband did. As today is exactly after two days ( which their bank operator had promised today is the dateline to refund my money), we surely hope.. and pray for it…
Your call! My office colleague intercomed me. I pick up. It was my husband.
Hubby : I called Ambank. But they said the money isn’t transfer yet, coz it’s not by cheque as mention by ‘W’ before, they will prepare a bankdraft for us.
Me: What?!!! What a heck! That is why i dun want to call them anymore! The crap are endless!
And as usual the operator promised to follow up and call back later.~(sigh~ it’s been damn bloody two weeks now and i really need to have yoga…)
Luckily, he did return my husband call. But with a bad news (as usual), there is no update about my refund, but he promised, the very first thing the next morning, he will try his best to follow up with his bank manager. And I persuade my self to trust him… with a warning, if you don’t call, then I’ll be sure to call you!
He giggled and introduce himself as Naz. Ok, fine enough. That’s a sign of sincerity to introduced himself…(and that’s why I even mentioned his name here coz he did return our called at 9.30 pm! Sounds convincing enough to help out our case, right?)
The thing is, I also mentioned if this thing isn’t resolve by tomorrow, I will bring this case to the higher level…which.. I dunno what…?? So…err…any suggestion anyone?
I’m desperate to get this matter resolve ASAP…!
